Official coach accredited by the US Soccer Federation currently holding a C-License. Coerver Coaching level 1 and 2, Goalkeeping level 1 and 2 with the National Soccer Coaches Association, FIFA B License physical trainer coach. More than 20 Years of experience from recreational, club competitive and community outreach Soccer, having coached many players that have reached college level status. As a player I have played for various teams in Puerto Rico, the US and in Germany FC Ober Rosbach 1991-1994. Fully Bi-lingual Spanish and English. (Conversational German)Retired US Army 1SG 27yrs

Jonathan Castano
Director of Coaching & Player Development
Jonathan has played competitive soccer his whole life and has been coaching since 2007. He has been involved with youth clubs in the Jacksonville area since he began coaching. Jonathan has coached competitive teams from U8 - U-19 with Westside Soccer, Clay County Soccer, Jax Armada (JFC), and at the College level with Trinity Baptist College (DIII). His previous teams are College DIII, Presidents Cup and Region Cup champs, and numerous youth team tournament champs. His coaching philosophy and desire are that the athletes set goals, increase their skills, develop mental toughness, learn good sportsmanship, and grow their love for the game.
