FC TRAINING METHODOLOGY

The FootbolCity Way is a progressive training methodology designed to develop players at every stage through structured, age-appropriate programs that build skill, confidence, and game understanding.

Elite Top Level

13yrs and above 1 on 1 SAQ Intense, Beach sand training Beach Soccer Volley ball –Video analysis games and training. Positional based CV Resume FIT Test Eval

Red Tier Youth

Advance level players Competitive Completed DB Tier Progression skills 1-12 10 month program Intro and 3month Fustal Season

Dark Blue Tier

Medium level players Recreational / 2-3yrs Experience Completed LB Tier Progression skills 1-12 10 month program

Light Blue Tier

Beginners ages and skills segregated , group or 1on 1 training focuses on skills 1-12 10months program (GYM with a Ball)

White Tier FC Kids

2-4 yrs. Olds, Training is Conducted at Day Cares or similar set ups 30min max and a Once a Month Book theme for the sessions parents read along with students
