Ground Force Strength & Conditioning is the preferred personal training and sports performance company in Jacksonville providing soccer athletes a better way to exercise since 2014

Certified Trainers will help educate our soccer athletes by providing them with practical training solutions and detailed information. They specialize in athletic assessments, strength & conditioning, and injury prevention through a systematic approach called the Ground Up Method.

Ground Force staff curates an individualized training plan based on a one-time consultation that provides both parties critical information on the athlete's movements and exercise capacities. Each soccer athlete will be on boarded with their mobile training app to help increase engagement and accountability.

The physical component of soccer training is important. You will not be a complete soccer player unless you work on your speed, strength, balance, and mobility. Soccer is far more than just talent and skill. This training will allow you to take your game to the next level.
